5. User-Generated Content (UGC) Policy

Zilu is a platform that allows users to create, upload, and share content. We take our responsibility to maintain a safe and respectful community seriously.

All user-generated content is subject to our Community Guidelines and Terms of Service. We reserve the right to review, moderate, remove, or restrict access to any content that violates our policies.

5.2 Prohibited Content

Users are strictly prohibited from creating, uploading, sharing, or distributing any content that:

• Is Sexually Explicit or Pornographic: Contains nudity, sexual acts, sexualized content, or any material intended for sexual gratification
• Is Violent or Graphic: Depicts violence, gore, mutilation, torture, death, or graphic injury in a gratuitous manner
• Promotes or Depicts Illegal Activities: Shows or encourages illegal drug use, drug manufacturing, drug trafficking, or substance abuse
• Involves Gambling: Promotes gambling, betting, casinos, lotteries, or any form of wagering
• Is Politically Sensitive: Contains political propaganda, hate speech, or content that could incite political violence or unrest
• Is Discriminatory or Hateful: Targets individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics
• Is Harassing or Bullying: Harasses, intimidates, threatens, or bullies other users
• Is Offensive or Inappropriate: Contains profanity, obscene language, or content that is otherwise offensive or inappropriate
• Infringes Intellectual Property: Violates copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
• Is Misleading or Fraudulent: Contains false information, scams, or deceptive practices

5.3 Zero Tolerance Policy

Zilu maintains a zero-tolerance policy for prohibited content. Any user found to be creating, sharing, or distributing prohibited content will face immediate consequences, including:

• Immediate removal of the violating content
• Temporary or permanent suspension of the user's account
• Reporting to appropriate authorities when required by law
• Legal action in cases of severe violations

5.4 Content Monitoring and Reporting

We employ both automated systems and human moderators to monitor content on the platform. Users can also report content that violates our policies. All reports are reviewed promptly, and appropriate action is taken.

If you encounter content that violates our policies, please report it immediately through the in-app reporting feature or by contacting us at dev@zilumag.com.

5.5 Content Ownership and License

You retain ownership of the content you create and share on Zilu. However, by uploading content to the platform, you grant Zilu a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the App.

6. End User License Agreement (EULA)

By downloading, installing, or using Zilu, you agree to be bound by the following terms:

6.1 Acceptance of Terms

Your use of Zilu constitutes your acceptance of and agreement to be bound by this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Community Guidelines. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

6.2 User Conduct Requirements

You agree to:

• Use Zilu only for lawful purposes and in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect the rights and dignity of other users
• Not create, upload, or share any prohibited content as outlined in Section 5.2
• Not engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or impair the App or its users
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App or its systems
• Not use automated systems or bots to interact with the App
• Not impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity

6.3 Zero Tolerance for Offensive Content

Zilu explicitly does not tolerate offensive, inappropriate, or harmful content or users. We reserve the right to:

• Immediately remove any content that violates our policies
• Suspend or terminate accounts of users who violate our terms
• Take legal action against users who engage in illegal activities
• Cooperate with law enforcement when necessary

6.4 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate this Privacy Policy, our Terms of Service, or our Community Guidelines. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

7. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
